Online Money Making Explained

Online money is the money made through entrepreneurial efforts on the internet. This means that any business idea, get paid to do any task, blog, website, e-commerce site, online service anything at all that might end up providing you a nice income is oftenly referred to as an online business.

Making online money has becomed the dream of many people, every day there are new prospects that may become succesful on the web. The truth is  that most of them fail. Developing a successful online business is very catchy, there are too many factors that must be considered. And there is a lot of knowledge that has to be poured into our brains.

Starting up an online business is about planning,using the right information, using good resources and having great tools, with these things mixed up well you will develop a technique that is right for you, and that makes you feel comfortable and optimistic about your business projections. Before even starting to build a website or blog, or any online business, I just named those two because I believe that through a website or blog you can build up quickly a large five to six figure income if you plan out well your strategy.

I really like to make money blogging, maybe it’s because I like to write, that is why I always end up writing extremely long posts, many times I would like to keep them short, but it’s very difficult for me. If you execute a very well prepared plan, then you might create multiple streams of online money, this will make you feel free and complete, free from all the attachments you had in your previous life, like your job and punching that damn clock.

I started with online businesses because I was struggling a lot to pay for my stuff, you know getting the bills paid, buying my own personal stuff was becoming very hard, maybe the economy was not so bad at the time as it is now, but for me it was way harder a couple of years ago. With all these worries haunting me day and night, plus the stress of almost losing my car, because I was threatened a couple of times by the bank that provided me a loan to make an investment that failed badly, so as you can see I had a financial crisis. I was in debt and about to lose my car. That four wheeled accessory was the only thing that kept me positive, because no matter how hard things were, I could always relax a bit after taking a long drive!

At the time I had a friend that was into online businesses, well at least he was interested, he talked about it so much that he got me listening, unfortunately we were both complete ignorants about this so we were prey for scammers. We bought almost every single thing that promised to teach us how to get money online, if it promised that it was ultra mega fast, then better! At that time many stories about over night millionaires were coming out in the media, all the different newspapers, blogs, etc. And of course with all that hype bad products with false promises followed, you know the common online money making scams. I’m not sad that these things happened, not at all, these situations that we were living got us very interested, because as we continued making our greatest efforts, we kept failing even more. But at least we didn’t quit and kept going. This first contact with online entrepreneurship made us become more desperate and more interested.

Guess what happened next? We were out of money and out of ideas, I had heard about blogging as the true online money provider, that if  I made a blog or built a website i’d become very rich, very fast. Most of the crap we bought stated shitty information of this type, but anyway at least it got us interested in creating blogs and building websites. So no money, absolutely broke, worries becoming huge problems, timelines closing up, etc. In such desperation one day I chose to type free blog platform to make money, at the google search engine. Imagine what showed up in first result, guessed it? I knew you’d probably guess, yes that’s right blogger.com. I found out in that moment that blogspot blogs existed, and as I digged in deeper and learned more about blogspot I started to fall in love with this platform, In that moment my research efforts totally shifted and I focused totally on blogging and SEO, supposedly easy online money could also be made quickly through blogging or website building, now this could be true if right from the beginning I had the knowledge I have now.

After making my first blogspot blog, this first blog I did it on a non competitive keyword, at  that moment I thought that this keyword would probably be searched a lot and that it would make me a lot of easy online money with adsense, I forgot to tell you about it, that was also the moment when I experienced for the first time having adsense ads on a blog. It felt good. Blogger.com provided a very easy to use platform which easily integrated and still integrates adsense ads with no hassle, perfecto for the new amateur blogger. At that time I had no idea about niche or keyword researc, I had no idea about how to truly tweak the search engine optimization for blogspot blogs, I just did some minor simple changes that also worked.

After a few days of that blog being published it got indexed and it got to the first position of google for the title tag or label as blogger calls them, number one for that keyword and it’s variations. After seing that result, i felt like, yes i did it!! I was incredibly happy, I thought that now online money would just rush in to my pockets and bank accounts. Man was I funny or what, extremely non competitive keyword, a very low amount of visitors showed up, and not a single soul would click. I then tried to monetize with some affiliate links, but still it wouldn’t work.

Through that time frame I was sad! now I felt like more time was wasted, I thought to myself that more productive things could have been done. But I was already a knee deep in the game, so I couldn’t switch now to something else, even if my keywords and rankings at the were not bringing in a single cent, at least I got a google first page, number one spot position. I did something right. So my online business education effort was tripled at that moment, I just got geeky, and that geekiness took me to the next level.

So I began studying super hard with a new better direction and focus, now the puzzle of online money was almost resolved, in this time frame I learned a lot more about google itself, i learned about keyword research, and keyword potential, I learned about article marketing, about backlinks, keyword marketing, niche, niche sites creation, niche blogs, etc. I also discovered squidoo and hubpages. I tried a lot of things to get traffic so I could earn money online, traffic exchange services and things like that, I still had that online amateur within me, I still hoped for some miracle get rich fast super method, technique, model, etc. to make easy online money

The things I had to do to achieve success I already knew them but I didn’t apply them properly, I never planned out, I never elaborated a game plan. Either I still picked the wrong keywords or if I picked them right but I didn’t perform all the tasks that involved getting a high paying high traffic keyword ranked. After testing a lot and I mean a lot, and studying even more, I finally understood how to fully utilize all the available tools out there, I became a monster with the google adwords external keyword tool and every other google webmaster tools. One day it just clicked, I was ready.

In this process as I told you before because i had to go with free, I discovered blogspot and I discoverd blogpost’s effectiveness to make online money, free money. Blogger was and is a highly optimized blogging platform that allows you to rank very well for any keyword at all, I fully understood blogspot blogs potential and I just took advantage of it. I began to create free niche blogs with longtail keywords that got a lot of traffic and that had very low competition. I developed this ability by learning how to get free tools and using these free tools properly by making very good interpretations of the information provided. I discovered how to analyze the competition’s content, I learned how to identify easy online money targets/keywords/niches, and the best part is that I kept the whole process free of charge.

Now I was seeing online money rollin’ in, finally. I made a niche blogger blog on a particular long tail keyword which had no competition at all and that was highly searched, it had a great cpc value which made my clicks very well paid, and soon the long tail began to shorten and organic traffic, that is traffic from the search engines was tripling every day. I decided to throw in some affiliate products and they started to sell like candy. It was a very targeted keyword niche blog and the traffic that got to my blog usually converted, if it wasn’t by adsense clicks then it would probably convert through affiliate leads and sales. My first affliliate marketing efforts that paid off were from affiliate programs like clickbank, amazon, comission junction, pepperjam network, azoogle ads, and a few other affiliate programs out there that had products that would fit in some of my niches. This first online success I had after achieving first position in google rankings and getting all the organic traffic I needed for these keywords my income just totally boosted, and my stress was finally over. I was making about $2.500 dollars a month from a free blog, that was a lot of free money, how cool was that!

My goal was finally achieved and finally I got to relax a bit,  money was coming in easily and I was feeling totally complete and satisfied, i’d walk around with a big smile on my face, I felt that I had finally made it, I was there, it was not a dream anymore, the dream had become real. I wasn’t a millionaire but I was very happy about making it on my own, and what made it so much sweeter was the fact that I had not invested a dime.

A while after that my hunger got bigger, and now I had money, so I started applying the same technique with wordpress.org blogging software, I also kept going with blogspot money making blogs, but now I was also creating sites with self hosting, I guess you’d say that I was diversifying. I created a lot of niche sites, niche blogs, also supersites that targeted large sets of keywords, I started implementing article marketing very well, my backlinking developed as perfectly as it could get, most of my incoming links were natural backlinks thanks to the good content I put out there, and thanks to that great content I got great search engine rankings which brought in visitors, and many of these visitors found my sites to be very complete or very informative so backlinks were being created all by themselves very naturally, just the way google loves it.

I made all of my sites count, from that point on I would never ever again waste time on chasing the wrong keywords, I mean by that keywords that had no traffic or keywords that had a lot of traffic but extremely high competition with virtually no chance of having success. After that first online business homerun, I said to myself “this is what works”  so I just did the same thing over and over with wordpress and blogspot blogs, in no time my income skyrocketed and my online money was making me laugh, yes laughing all the way to the bank!

If you want to start a succesful online business and you are totally new to this I would recommend you to go with blogspot blogs as they are great for a beginner to learn everything that there is to it when it comes to creating high quality blogs, and if you are an advanced online entrpreneur then you can make the most out of blogger if you do your homework and discover how blogger.com blogs can be crafted in order to make the top of the rankings and get all the traffic you need directly from that source. If you do this right you’ll get hooked on blogspot blogs, I had a hard time starting my first wordpress because of how effective and easy to use blogger is, and not to mention free, therefore providing a source of free money.

After trying my first self hosted wordpress I got very interested with the wordpress software, I could put it to work finally after everything I had heard, and now I can say that it was incredible as well, it is better to create more professional looking sites, great ways to boost SEO power, as I read somewhere “wordpress blogs are search engine magnets”, I don’t remember who quoted that but it was real, wordpress.org is as effective as a blogging software might get.

If you want online money, a lot of online money then you can use both platforms, it all depends on your purpose and goals. It’s about what you are going after, you can probably get adsense clicks from blogspot, there are other options you could use to make money of pay per clicks if you want to try something different to adsense, you could for example try with companies like bidvertiser, adbrite, or one I recently learned of that caught my attention, I haven’t tried it but it would be interesting is a website/ad manager called clickhype. Now if your goal is to make affiliate sales then you could probably do better with wordpress. For me both work extremely well on both sides, so that is why I couldn’t recommend one over the other as an absolute favorite. Maybe blogger for beginners and wordpress for more advanced web tech savvy bloggers. But as an advanced techy blogger I’ve been able to get even high rewards from blosgspot’s online money manufacturing, as I like to call it, as well. The point is if you have no money go with blogspot, if you have some money get yourself a fabolous wordpress site that will truly sky rocket your online business through the roof.

There is one thing about blogger blogs that scare people and that is that at any time if google considers it appropiate, they will shut down your blog and remove it from the index, and even cancelling the account if they want. But that should not be a problem because if you are reading this then you belong to the community of honest online money making bloggers that do not use blackhat techniques, spam, and privacy violation methods to make money, that is why you will never have to worry about getting your site or blog off the index, or worrying about your account being terminated. The good thing is that google knows that blogger will be around for a very very long while so they give value to blogspot blogs because the bots knows that the blog will be there forever, because it’s free and you don’t have to keep buying or renewing your domains and your hosting plans.
